Terms of service

Last updated: 31 October 2026

These terms describe the conditions for using Strategic Planning Software (SPS), including its planning tools, research assistance and AI features. Please read them before creating an account or purchasing access. If you use SPS for an organization, you must have authority to do so.

SPS is operated by Manuel Fernandes. You can contact the operator at [email protected].

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Keep your credentials private and contact Support if you suspect unauthorized access. Each person must use their own account. Simultaneous sign-ins using one account are restricted; collaborate by sharing project access instead of sharing passwords.

Acceptable use

Use SPS lawfully and only upload or share content you are entitled to use. Do not infringe another person's privacy or intellectual property, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls or credit limits, interfere with the service, or use it to distribute malicious or unlawful material.

Projects and content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize SPS and the service providers involved in delivering requested features to store, process and display that content for those purposes. You are responsible for its accuracy, the permissions needed to use it and who receives access through project sharing.

Export important work when needed. Access to a project depends on your permissions and any applicable license. An account alone does not grant access to all projects or features.

Research and AI output

Research results and AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review sources, assumptions, estimates and conclusions before applying or relying on them. AI proposals must be reviewed, applied and saved using the relevant controls; generating a response does not by itself save your plan.

SPS supports your planning process and does not replace professional business, legal, tax, financial or other advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using the service. Third-party sources retain their own rights and terms.

Licenses, credits and payments

Paid access, project allowances, AI credits, duration and price are described in the offer shown when you purchase or redeem a license. Review those details before confirming a purchase.

AI credits are associated with your account and shared across your projects. AI actions require an available balance. License access and unused credits can expire under the applicable offer; a recharge does not by itself extend an expired license. License keys can be redeemed once. Contact Support about billing problems, cancellation or refund requests. Nothing in these terms removes cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that applicable law grants you.

Availability and account restrictions

Features may change, and access may be interrupted by maintenance, faults or third-party outages. We may restrict access when necessary to protect security, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these terms. Contact Support if you believe a restriction is incorrect or want to close your account.

Responsibility and applicable rights

You are responsible for checking that the service meets your needs and for reviewing your work before relying on it. No particular planning, commercial or financial outcome is guaranteed. These terms do not exclude or limit liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy, changes and contact

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is used, and our cookie policy explains cookies and consent choices.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version; changes do not override mandatory legal rights or the terms already agreed for a purchase. For questions about these terms or your account, contact Support.
